Condensed Milk Close-up Prompt

A slim Japanese gal who just finished bathing, wearing lingerie, in a dark single-person apartment room. She is squatting and pouring condensed milk from a tube taken from a single-person refrigerator over her head, catching it with the tip of her tongue while looking straight up. The tube is almost empty; the first squeeze contains air, so it shoots out with some force and a large amount of condensed milk covers from her mouth to her chin. Extreme close-up centered on the tongue and face.
Negative: Do not show the tube.
