Seedance 2.5 Gym Vlog POV Workout

Made with Seedance 2.5 on @makeugc (native 15-second video, no editing)

CAMERA:
DV 16mm tape camcorder handheld feel. POV of MILA holding the camera herself, occasionally propping it on the floor or a mat for hands-free core shots. Hand shake, misaligned framing, delayed focus pulls, clumsy zooms, occasional face cut-off framing, imperfect shots. Camcorder never appears on screen.

LOOK:
Soft, slightly blurry tape quality, faint tape noise, bloomed highlights under gym lighting, flickering auto-exposure, muted contrast, realistic skin tones.

STYLE:
Playful, self-deprecating gym-vlog energy. MILA is a fictional fitness creator in her late 20s with a messy bun, oversized vintage tee and leggings. She narrates her workout with funny, relatable commentary about skipping leg day.

ACTION (15s):
0-3s: MILA walks into the gym holding the camcorder at arm's length, grinning. "Okay, day one... again."
3-8s: Treadmill shot, camera propped on the console, wobbly framing as she jogs and talks to the lens.
8-12s: Dumbbell curls, camera on the floor angled up, her face half cut off as she counts reps dramatically.
12-15s: She collapses onto a mat laughing, camera drops beside her, out-of-focus ceiling. "Nailed it."
