Terms of Service

SkillStack lists hand-reviewed Agent Skills and AI prompts. Some content is free; some is paid and unlocked through single purchases, packs, or subscriptions.

You sign in with an email magic link — no password. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your email account secure. If you believe your account was compromised, contact us immediately.

Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page and on item pages.

Single purchases: a one-time payment for permanent access to that item (or to all items in a pack).

Subscriptions (monthly / yearly): billed in advance and renewed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Lifetime plans: a one-time payment for access for as long as the service operates.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once content is unlocked. If content is materially defective, inaccessible, or not as described, email support@skillstackhq.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — by fixing it, replacing it, or refunding you, at our discretion.

Purchasing or unlocking an item grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use that skill or prompt in your own projects, including commercial projects.

You may not redistribute, resell, re-upload, or publicly share the full text of paid content. Short excerpts for review or commentary are fine.

Free content may be used under the same terms unless its page states a different license. Many linked skills are open-source on GitHub — when you fetch them from the source repository, that repository's own license applies.

You keep ownership of the skills, prompts, and reviews you publish. By publishing, you grant SkillStack a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the service.

You confirm you have the rights to publish what you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or violate any law. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Do not: scrape the site at abusive rates; circumvent paywalls or access controls; upload malware or content designed to harm; impersonate others; post spam, fake reviews, or unlawful content.

The site's design, branding, and curation are owned by SkillStack unless otherwise noted. Third-party skills remain the property of their authors under their respective licenses.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skills are code and instructions that run in your own environment — always review them before running. We do not warrant that any skill is fit for a particular purpose or free of bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillStack's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account page or by emailing us.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email of material changes.
